Our Story
In a city changing as fast as Tampa, the quick clips and sound bites felt like they were missing something important. Tampa Bay Developer became a place for long-form conversations about growth, business, and the decisions shaping the region.
What makes the show resonate is the context Garrett Greco brings to it.
His family came to Ybor City from Sicily in the late 1800s. His great-grandparents established King-Greco Hardware in 1926, a shop where every family in the neighborhood passed through. His grandfather swept those floors as a boy and later became Tampa's youngest mayor. His great-grandmother told him stories of watching lamplighters walk down Seventh Avenue each evening.
